Dashboard Implementation
Our data dashboard implementation model is designed to cost-effectively deliver user-friendly dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision making:

Management and Reporting
Once initial dashboards are deployed, clients can purchase data management plans (DMPs) ranging from basic dashboard maintenance to advanced dashboard design, customized reporting and distribution, and client representation. An Atlantic Data Analytics Manager works with the client’s preferred point of contact to design and implement a DMP specific to their needs and policies. Atlantic ensures successful execution of the plan by meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
Training Methods
Larger organizations may elect to maintain, manage, report, and distribute their own dashboards upon a successful training program led by Atlantic. We collaborate with the client to determine which training methods are appropriate for the targeted end-users. Training methods, which include standard operating procedures, e-modules, and workshops, are then deployed over a specific timeline chosen by the client.
Pricing Model
On-site assessments are FREE to our clients. We leave you with a detailed recommended engagement strategy outlining findings from our visit, as well as detailed steps for improving or adapting data-driven solutions in your place of business.
Dashboard development is a one-time cost based on the type of analyses and number of dashboards. The matrix at right represents typical project costs.

Ongoing dashboard management plans always include maintenance and updates with potential for additional reporting, distribution, and client representation options. These plans normally range in price from $1,000 to $4,000 per month.
Training options are available for clients managing their own systems. These options include the creation of standard operating procedures, e-modules, and training sessions. One-time costs typically range from $5,000 to $10,000.
